Endodontic Specialists

Our endodontists are dental specialists with accredited educational training and expertise in root canal treatment. The specialists at Endodontic Associates of Greater Washington have limited their practice to providing endodontic treatment.

Dr. Michael H. Weber

Following receiving his DDS form the State University of New York in Buffalo, he continued with his post graduate education at Boston University, graduating in 1981 with a Certificate in Advanced Graduate Dentistry/Endodontics.

After two and one half years of practice in the Boston area, he relocated to the Washington, DC area and has practiced here full time since 1983. He continues to give back to the profession and community serving as Secretary of the District of Columbia Dental Society for ten years as well as a Board member and on numerous committees. As a member of both the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists he continues to serve his profession today as a Board member on both of these prestigious dental honor societies.

He has been listed in The Washingtonian magazine numerous times on their "Best Dentist/Endodontist listing" and was named the "Best Endodontist in Montgomery County" as voted on by 2500 local practitioners.

In his spare time, Dr. Weber enjoys playing golf, and time off with his family.

Dr. Ian K. Walker

A native Washingtonian, Dr. Walker has been a partner at Endodontic Associates since 1994. Dr. Walker completed his endodontic training at Tufts University in 1992, graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School in 1990 and graduated with a B.S. in Zoology from the University of Florida. 

Dr. Walker is a founding member of the Great Seneca Study Club and past Parliamentarian of the Southern Maryland Dental Society. He is also a member of the Maryland State Dental Association. His hobbies include Tennis, Mountain biking and snowboarding. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children

Dr. Yaser Roumani

Dr. Roumani is a graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry. He received a Master of Science degree in Dental Sciences and a Certificate in Endodontics from Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Roumani is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, an achievement only 22% of all endodontists complete.

Dr. Roumani was in private practice for 5 years in Chicago where he also served as an associate clinical professor at the University of Illinois endodontic department. In 2007, he relocated to Maryland to be closer to his family and joined Drs. Weber and Walker. He is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), American Association of Endodontists (AAE) and presently serves on the Endodontic Examiners Board of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (RCDC). 

On a personal note, Dr. Roumani likes to spend time with his wife and son. As a family they enjoy traveling and playing video games. He is also an avid soccer player.
